Her goal is to help you uncover your inner strength, self-esteem, and sense of self-worth, supporting you in reconnecting with your intuition and moving beyond what no longer serves you.
Working primarily from a person-centred perspective, Brooke leaves all assumptions, judgments, and personal opinions at the door. Creating a safe and open space for you to be your most authentic self is essential. Utilizing integrated therapeutic theories, Brooke draws from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, feminist therapy, and solution-focused therapy, all of which harmonize beautifully with person-centred therapy.
